Picked up one of these recently and more than happy with it.
Yes there are many videos online about it overheating , but I do wonder how many people out there run it long enough at 4k to overheat it.
Surely if you want to record long 4k videos then get a action camera instead?
I am sure for most people it works fine for what most of us use it for who are not looking for clicks and not hooking people in with click bait titles and pulling stupid face thumbnails.
For what I use it for 2.7k is more than enough for videos I take for myself and teh smaller file sizes to work with.
I took some video at 2.7k and for about 27 mins came out at around 8GB on the internal memory. It was very slightly warm at the end of it and temps here in UK at present are none too great at around 12c /54F.
I got the 128GB version which was out of stock for a couple of weeks on the DJI store, and I guess they sold more than they expected of the 128GB version.
Comes with a decent amount of accessories to get one started.
I used the magnetic lanyard and the car mount and both worked fine.
So I think its a great bit of kit, but do you own research and dont purely relie on online videos.
For me, its small form factor and ease of use is spot on and I am sure I will use it for many things in the future.
